University of Kashmir Admission Notification 2025

For BG 5th & 6th Semester (Batch 2023) – Regular under NEP 2020

The University of Kashmir, Hazratbal Srinagar, has issued an important notification regarding admission/registration for BG 5th & 6th Semester (Batch 2023) under the FYUGP (NEP 2020 scheme).

🗓 Registration Dates:
➡️ From 23rd August 2025 to 3rd September 2025

Key Guidelines:

1. Students fulfilling the attendance requirement in the previous semester are eligible for registration.
2. Candidates must visit the Information Cell of their respective colleges for completing registration formalities.
3. Students of previous batches (2015–2021) who missed admission in 5th semester/3rd year can also register by submitting the online form via KU website.
4. CBCS/semester/annual system students joining 5th semester under FYUGP (NEP 2020) need to qualify deficiency courses of the 4th semester.
5. Colleges will only accept enrollment forms with unique form numbers generated from the KU portal.
6. Confirmation of subjects and submission of fees is mandatory.
7. Physically challenged/orphan students are exempted from payment of examination fee (except registration & allied fee).

👉 Students must check their MyFormStatus page on the KU website to confirm subject selection.

📌 Note: Colleges must forward the registration details with fee report to KU within 10 days after closure of admission.
