Summer Vacations Announced for Jammu Division (Summer Zone)

The Directorate of School Education, Jammu (DSEJ), has officially declared summer vacations for all Government and recognized Private Schools falling under the Summer Zone of Jammu Division.

🔔 Official Notification Highlights

As per ORDER NO.: 186 - DSEJ of 2025, dated 31-05-2025, the following directives have been issued:

🗓️ Summer Vacation Schedule

• Start Date: 7th June 2025

• End Date: 16th July 2025

• Applicable for all students in the Summer Zone of Jammu Division.

🧑‍🏫 Instructions for Teaching Staff

• Teaching staff must report back to their schools on 14th July 2025.

• Duties include:

• Ensuring cleanliness

• Preparing Teaching-Learning Material

• Lesson planning

• Planning for ICT Lab and other classroom needs

• Time table preparation

💻 Online Guidance

• Teachers must remain available online during the vacation period to support students, if needed.

⚠️ Strict Compliance

• Heads of Schools and teaching staff are strictly directed to adhere to these instructions.

• Non-compliance will result in action as per rules.
